As a Patient Coordinator, also known as a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will contribute to communities and positively impact patients' lives by performing daily front office tasks. You will report to the Manager and participate in a four-week training program to ensure success in your role.

• Must be age 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
