About The Position

Are you passionate about supporting pediatric care and ready to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment? At H2 Health, we’re reimagining how healthcare teams support patients—combining compassion, innovation, and flexibility. Pediatric Patient Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping families access vital therapy services by managing insurance authorizations, scheduling, and patient communication. This is a full-time supporting multiple H2 Health Kids outpatient clinics across Texas.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with basic computer systems and EMR platforms

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in healthcare administration or billing preferred
Experience with insurance verification and authorizations strongly desired

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for pediatric patients and families
Verify insurance benefits, process referrals, and obtain authorizations for therapy services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system
Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple clinic locations
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support administrative workflow
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
