About The Position

Are you passionate about supporting pediatric care and ready to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment? At H2 Health, we’re reimagining how healthcare teams support patients—combining compassion, innovation, and flexibility. Pediatric Patient Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping families access vital therapy services by managing insurance authorizations, scheduling, and patient communication. This is a full-time supporting multiple H2 Health Kids outpatient clinics across Texas.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and EMR platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in healthcare administration or billing preferred
  • Experience with insurance verification and authorizations strongly desired

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for pediatric patients and families
  • Verify insurance benefits, process referrals, and obtain authorizations for therapy services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple clinic locations
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support administrative workflow
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
