Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Patient Coordinator Sr Associate - Surgical Oncology The Patient Coordinator Sr Associate plays a critical role in supporting clinical operations for the Surgical Oncology Division. In this role, you will coordinate patient medical records, schedule appointments, and manage referrals to designated clinical programs and services. This role ensures accurate, timely, and comprehensive patient charts while facilitating smooth patient flow, supporting case managers, and providing clerical and administrative assistance to the care team. Candidates must have healthcare customer service experience to be considered. EPIC patient registration and scheduling experience is a plus. Location: Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center - Nebraska Medical Center | Nebraska Medicine Omaha, NE Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hr/wk Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Training Schedule: First 2-3 weeks: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Training begins on your first day and is required for all new hires before transitioning to the regular schedule.
