• Complete administrative duties to ensure a smooth patient visit and timely billing processing.
• Collect co-pays and balances at the time of visit according to patient insurance guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby/front desk area.
• Coordinate and attend meetings as requested.
