About The Position
Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator at our Soho Office. The Patient Coordinator executes all front office duties and provides support to patients, providers, and support staff. Previous healthcare experience is required. The role involves handling incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks, and online leads while creating a positive experience for each caller. The Patient Coordinator will promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere, understand provider to patient flow, perform inventory responsibilities, and attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
