About The Position
Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator at our Grassy Sprain Office. The Patient Coordinator will execute all front office duties and provide support to patients, providers, and support staff. This position is open to candidates with no experience but who have an interest in healthcare, teamwork experience, and are detail-oriented with a flexible schedule. The role requires proficiency in handling incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks, and online leads while creating a positive experience for each caller. The Patient Coordinator will also promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere, understand provider to patient flow, perform inventory responsibilities, and attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
