About The Position
Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator at our Flatiron Office. The Patient Coordinator executes all front office duties and provides support to patients, providers, and support staff. Previous healthcare experience is required. The position involves handling incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks, and online leads while creating a positive experience for each caller. The role also includes promoting a professional atmosphere, understanding provider to patient flow, performing inventory responsibilities, and attending training and education opportunities.
