About The Position
The Patient Concierge Representative serves as a primary point of contact for patients, coordinating and scheduling appointments across multiple locations and services. This role ensures that all necessary medical records and documents are in order for thorough evaluations, interfaces with nursing staff for appointment appropriateness, and provides exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
