The Patient Communications Representative (PCR III) promotes a culture that nurtures, recognizes, reinforces, and celebrates superior customer service. The PCR III is designated as a subject matter expert in the use of multiple systems and application of scheduling guidelines assisting the Patient Communications Supervisors with operational processes that impact the operations of the Contact Center. The PCR III provides support for all lines of business. Provides assistance as the Department Help Desk and supports Patient Communication Representatives with escalated calls and questions on protocols and procedural matters.
