Your responsibilities will include answering inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about our eye care services, and assisting patients with scheduling their appointments. You will be instrumental in ensuring that patients feel valued and understood, striving to deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction. In this role, you will manage a variety of tasks, including booking and confirming eye exams, consultations, and follow-up appointments based on patient needs and doctor availability. You will also handle rescheduling and cancellations as requested by patients, ensuring that all patient information is accurately entered and updated in our systems. Your ability to verify and process insurance details, including pre-authorizations, will be essential in facilitating smooth patient experiences. You will address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving any issues related to appointments or services while documenting all interactions in our system. This position requires adherence to privacy and confidentiality regulations to protect patient information, as well as following office protocols to maintain high service standards.
