Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or related certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work scheduled hours
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Take and record vital signs accurately.
- Check in patients and complete registration processes.
- Prep charts for the following day to ensure smooth workflow.
- Correspond with patients regarding appointments and inquiries.
- Conduct patient outreach to schedule appointments.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Collect co-payments and outstanding patient balances.
