About The Position
The Patient Care Technician/Lab Technician will assist our medical providers in providing quality care to our pediatric patients. You will perform tasks that are instrumental to the success of KidMed; Documenting charts, taking patient vitals, ensuring that patients rooms remain clean and sterile, and obtaining lab samples (to name only a few of the duties). Most importantly, you will ensure that our patients and that their caregivers are treated with respect and dignity.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Nice To Haves
- One year experience in pediatrics
- Emergency/Urgent Care experience
- Certification from an approved Medical Assisting program
Responsibilities
