About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. The role offers paid training to become a CCHT in as early as 6 months and a "Bridge to Your Dreams" program to grow into an RN. Requirements

Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics if needed
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
30 hrs. a week at Mequon Rd Clinic
Will work rotating shifts
May be required to cover shifts at other clinics
Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated

Nice To Haves

CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
