As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will provide safe, compassionate, and life-sustaining dialysis treatments in a supportive outpatient clinic environment. No previous dialysis experience? Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required).
  • Comfortable working around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
  • Ability to work 12+ hour shifts on your feet in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  • Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and float to nearby clinics if needed.

Nice To Haves

  • CNA, MA, CHT, Phlebotomy certification, or prior healthcare experience is a plus (but not required!).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Care: Provide hands-on, high-quality dialysis treatment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Monitor Safety: closely monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after treatment to ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Technical Expertise: Set up, test, and maintain dialysis equipment and machines.
  • Educate & Connect: Build long-term relationships with patients, educating them on kidney health and the treatment process.
  • Collaborate: Work as part of an interdisciplinary team alongside nurses, dietitians, and social workers to support holistic patient health.
