Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire

Nice To Haves

  • State of TN CNA license preferred, can be considered without high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year certified nurse tech or EMT experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting patients with performing activities of daily living
  • Providing or assisting with providing direct patient care
  • Observing and recording patient behavior and activities
  • Reporting any changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff and suggesting modifications to treatment plans
  • Assisting with POC testing and EKGs as needed
