DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for its Hudson Dialysis Center in Hudson, WI. This role involves providing direct, one-on-one patient care, focusing on safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatments for approximately 4 patients at a time. PCTs are responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, including measuring and recording vital statistics, observing patients, and setting up hemodialysis machines. The position requires working 10-12 hour shifts, 3-4 days a week, including every other Saturday, with clinics operating from 3:30 AM to 8 PM. Teammates must have flexibility to open and close clinics and will float between Hudson and Amery locations to achieve full-time hours (typically 32-40 hours per week). DaVita offers a robust, paid training program, a mix of classroom and hands-on instruction, and reimbursement for the Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) license.
