Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Patient Care Technician or Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
• Ability to lift and move patients safely.
• Requires regular and predictable attendance.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Provide support during medical procedures and examinations.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Assist with the transportation of patients within the facility.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
