The Laurels of Gahanna is seeking a Patient Care Tech (OCDT) to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality dialysis care to patients in skilled nursing facilities. As a Patient Care Tech, you will be responsible for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track. You will work closely with dialysis RNs and spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care, ensuring safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment. The position requires significant experience within DaVita and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional resources. The role is full-time, with a schedule that may vary based on market needs, and you may be required to travel to additional locations depending on business needs.
