About The Position
The Patient Care Technician at Younker Rehabilitation - Methodist will work in a dynamic environment providing rehabilitation services to a diverse group of patients. The position offers shifts during the day and night, with both full-time and part-time options available. Each shift requires every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation. The role is essential in delivering patient care and treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), ensuring that patients receive the necessary support during their rehabilitation journey. Younker Rehabilitation has been serving the Des Moines area for over 60 years, providing a minimum of three hours of therapy daily and 24-hour acute nursing and physician monitoring. The facility is CARF accredited and is dedicated to helping patients transition safely and successfully back to their homes.
