About The Position
The position functions as part of the dialysis healthcare team, providing safe and effective home dialysis therapy and training for patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The role involves assisting in the setup of home dialysis equipment, maintaining a safe working environment, and supporting the organization's Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities. The PCT III HT is responsible for various patient care tasks, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
