DaVita is hiring a full-time Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. No dialysis experience is required, and excellent paid training is provided. Training may occur in a facility or a training clinic other than the assigned home clinic, and the PCT will float to various clinics during and after training. The role requires a flexible full-time schedule, working 3-4 days per week with 10-12-and/or-14-hour shifts, including alternating Saturdays, with Sundays off. DaVita strives to be a community first and a company second, aiming for all teammates to experience a sense of belonging. The company is an equal opportunity workplace, complying with state and federal affirmative action requirements, and recruits, hires, assigns, and promotes individuals without regard to protected characteristics. DaVita is a comprehensive kidney care provider focused on transforming care to improve the quality of life for patients globally, leading in clinical quality and innovation for over 20 years.
