Assists with maintenance of a safe and clean unit environment. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) must be obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer into role date.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification from an approved program
  • Florida-issued CNA license
  • completion of first semester of Registered Nurse program.

Responsibilities

  • assists patients with activities of daily living
