The PCT will demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Primary job duties include, but not limited to, performing and accurately recording vital signs, Accu-checks, bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobilizing patients. PCT’s are an essential part of the nursing care team with an expectation to support the organizations patient safety goals and initiatives.
