Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Patient Care Technician program
• Completion of Fundamentals of Nursing program from an accredited school of nursing
• Completion of HMH PCT Apprenticeship Program or equivalent medical background experience (e.g., EMT, Home Health Aide, CMA, MA, PCT, Nursing Assistant)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
• Strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of patients and caregivers
• Exceptional focus on teamwork and dedication to ongoing education
• Ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care and service based on a strong sense of patient focus

Nice To Haves

• Experienced or certified in phlebotomy
• Experience in checking EKG, vital signs, and blood sugar
• At least one (1) year PCT or CNA experience in a hospital setting
• Eligibility for the HMH PCT apprentice program
• Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, or Patient Care Technician who has successfully completed a PCT program including Phlebotomy, EKG, and nursing assistant course in both theoretical and clinical settings
