Patient Care Technician - Inpatient Dialysis PCT

Primary Location: Muncie, IN Secondary Locations as needed: Greenfield, Fishers, Carmel All of the above locations are a requirement of the role Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift Pay Range: $17-$20/hr (This is an estimated range for this role. Final pay will be determined based on relevant experience)
Requirements
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
- Comfort working with blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for long shifts (up to 12+ hours)
- Flexibility to float between facilities as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare experience a plus (CNA, MA, Phlebotomy, CHT, BONENT certified)
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one dialysis care to patients with kidney disease
- Monitor and record vital signs, set up dialysis machines, and observe treatment
- Support patients physically and emotionally throughout their care
- Educate patients on dialysis-related topics
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
