Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or currently and actively working towards completion of Diploma/GED
• Certification/License: Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 3 months from date of hire

Nice To Haves

• Prefer candidates that have successfully completed the CNA program and are active on the Iowa Direct Care Registry

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care and support
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Perform EKGs, blood glucose testing, and technical skills
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized ICU
• Be a calm, compassionate presence for patients and families
