About The Position

Minimum Education Requirement Must be a high school graduate or have a GED Diploma. Minimum Experience Requirement Two years prior experience in a physician office or medical setting preferred. Experience with infusion services highly desired. Strong understanding of health insurance and it impact on billing. Knowledge of the prior authorization process. Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10/CPT coding. Must be patient centered and possess excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills. Ability to be organized, work independently, exhibit mature judgement and make sound decisions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including work, Excel, and Outlook.
