Requirements

• Must be a high school graduate or have a GED Diploma.
• Two years prior experience in a physician office or medical setting preferred.
• Experience with infusion services highly desired.
• Strong understanding of health insurance and it impact on billing.
• Knowledge of the prior authorization process.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10/CPT coding.
• Must be patient centered and possess excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be organized, work independently, exhibit mature judgement and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including work, Excel, and Outlook.
