About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. This is a full time float Patient Care Technician. This position will be required to float to clinics in the area as needed. This position requires a PCT that is a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT). Requirements

Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics is required
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have CCHT (Certified clinical hemodialysis certificate).

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
