About The Position
The Patient Care Technician Apprenticeship Program at Main Line Health is designed for individuals with a strong desire to learn all aspects of the Patient Care Technician role and to explore a career in healthcare. This program serves as a great stepping-stone for developing strong clinical skills, utilizing advanced clinical simulation technology for enhanced learning opportunities. No prior experience in a healthcare environment is necessary. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed into a permanent full-time Patient Care Technician role at one of several locations, including Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Paoli Hospital, Riddle Hospital, Bryn Mawr Hospital, and Lankenau Medical Center. Applications are accepted year-round, with recruitment for future cohorts beginning in 2025.
