Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Support: Provide essential assistance with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding, while ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
- Mobility & Positioning: Safely aid in the movement, transfer, and clinical placement of patients under supervision to maintain safety and prevent pressure injuries.
- Clinical Observation & Reporting: Monitor and promptly report any significant changes in a patient’s physical, mental, or emotional status to the nursing staff to ensure timely intervention.
- Documentation & Maintenance: Maintain accurate medical records and ensure a sterile, organized environment by cleaning patient rooms and performing routine maintenance on medical equipment.
