About The Position
The Patient Care Technician (PCT/HUC) position is located in a 24-bed Telemetry unit that supports a comprehensive stroke program, specializing in the care of Neurology, Neurosurgery, TIA, and CVA patients. This unit also serves as an overflow for orthopedic patients, with the patient population being transferred from ICU, ED, and PACU. The role involves providing direct patient care and related support under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed care team member.
