About The Position
Summary: A Patient Care Technician is responsible and accountable for assisting the RN or LPN to provide patient care by functioning as a unit secretary and a certified nursing assistant (CNA).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) or E.M.T. or documented evidence of successful completion of an accredited nursing school program
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
Nice To Haves
- Previous patient care and unit secretary experience in an acute care facility preferred.
