About The Position

The Patient Care Technician (PEDS) role at Rochester Regional Health involves providing direct and indirect patient care in accordance with treatment plans established by licensed nurses or RNs. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and indirect activities to facilitate unit functioning.
• Ensure safe and competent care for patients regarding nutritional, skin integrity, elimination, and hygiene needs.
• Take patient vital signs and ensure cleanliness and stocking of equipment and facilities.
• Assist with the admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
