Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Nice To Haves

Certification as a PCT (Certified Care Technician) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant).

Responsibilities

The Patient Care Technician II (PCT II) is a skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing patient care under the supervision of nurses and medical staff.
This role involves direct patient interaction, assisting with medical procedures.
Obtains and records patients' vital signs, and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
