About The Position

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) role at Piedmont Fayette Mother Baby Family Care Center is a full-time night position focused on providing holistic, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. The PCT will work collaboratively with licensed nursing staff to deliver essential patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, and feeding. This position emphasizes the importance of teamwork, support, and professional growth within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Entry level, no experience required; one-year patient care experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician program certification preferred.

Nice To Haves

• One year of patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in collaboration with licensed nursing staff.
• Assist patients with bathing, toileting, feeding, and other necessary activities.
• Demonstrate competency with treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to a clinical setting.
