Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Entry level, no experience required.
  • Previous experience caring for patients in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
  • Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate competency with treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to a clinical setting.
  • Provide holistic, patient-centered care to patients of all ages.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Support licensed clinical staff in patient care.
