How you’ll make an impact in this role Foster patient independence by assisting with personal care and daily activities, ensuring every individual maintains their dignity and comfort throughout their stay. Champion patient safety by expertly managing mobility and positioning, providing the physical support necessary for a secure and healing environment. Act as a vital clinical observer by identifying and communicating subtle changes in a patient’s physical or emotional state to the nursing team, enabling faster interventions. Ensure data integrity by documenting the patient care journey with precision to support seamless coordination across the entire healthcare team. Optimize the healing environment by maintaining a pristine, organized bedside and ensuring life-saving equipment is always ready for immediate use. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Aide credentialed from the state of Wisconsin obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Requirements
