About The Position

The Patient Care Technician at Texoma Medical Center is responsible for providing direct care to patients under the supervision of licensed nurses. This role focuses on meeting the physical and psycho-social needs of patients in a timely and professional manner, with opportunities for advancement for Nurse Aides. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification according to RQI program guidelines.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Ability to provide basic caregiving skills to patients.
• Reading and numerical competency.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous training as a Nurse Aide.
