About The Position

This is a customer-facing position that provides the highest-quality client service and patient care at the practice. You will help to oversee other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience. Primary responsibilities include: Speaking with patients on the phone Scheduling appointments Greeting patients Patient check in and out A variety of front desk administrative duties Mentoring and training others Guides team to ensure excellent customer service and employee performance Serving as a role model

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and personal presentation are critical to this role.
