Our Vascular Clinic consists of a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, cardiologists, and nurse practitioners, who work together to provide personalized and comprehensive care. What you will do as a Patient Care Supervisor - RN: Provides daily workflow direction to site staff to ensure providers have adequate staffing assistance to accommodate clinic efficiency while also achieving site objectives Leads and/or participates in project/team improvement initiatives Ensures clinic compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies/requirements Provides direction and assists with care of patients in urgent and emergent situations Assists with the development and implementation of required training, as well as enforcement of policies and procedures in alignment with organization leadership What you will need: Current Minnesota RN License BLS Certification Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Proven process improvement experience 3-5 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory or inpatient care setting Minimum of two years of supervisory or nursing leadership experience in a clinical setting Location: Clinics and Surgery Center, 909 Fulton St. SE. Requirements

Current Minnesota RN License
BLS Certification
Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Proven process improvement experience
3-5 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory or inpatient care setting
Minimum of two years of supervisory or nursing leadership experience in a clinical setting
