About The Position

SMG Cardiology Specialist Kempsville in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Specialist! This is a remote position however candidates must reside in Virginia. Requirements

• HS Diploma
• 3 years Customer Service experience required.
• 1 year experience with Health Insurance Plans, Medical Records Data, Medical Terminology, Registration, Scheduling, or Third-Party Payers required.
• Candidates must reside in Virginia.

Nice To Haves

• Associate Level degree or higher in lieu of the required experience will be considered.
• Electronic Medical Record preferred.
• 1 year of Cardiology experience preferred.
