About The Position

Patient Care Specialist will be front patient facing check in employee, greet patients, confirm address, DOB, and that we have correct insurance on file. Update appropriate staff with insurance changes as needed. Check in on Athena and Fuji, ensure patients are fully checked in. Complete confirmation calls and provider oop and copay due at TOS, assist with check out overflow and float to other offices as needed.
