A Client Care Specialist 1 (CCS1) contributes to AHF by embodyingour commitment to excellence in patient care and operationalefficiency. Through cross-functionality, CCS1s play a pivotal role inensuring that our combined healthcare and wellness center operatesseamlessly and that our patients receive the best client experienceand the highest standard of care. A CCS1 enhances the reputation of AHF by embodying ourcommitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention,operational efficiency, and adaptability. With a versatile skill set anda dedication to seamlessly transitioning between HIV testing dutiesand administrative and front office roles, CCS1s contribute to apositive patient experience, fostering trust and loyalty. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a CCS1 it is crucial to ensure that the AHF CoreValues and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF weare nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist inproviding the best experience for our clients and workplace for ouremployees. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff areaccountable to multiple leaders. The CCS1 will work as a part of a close-knit team to go above andbeyond to meet the needs of our patients and enhance the reputation of AHF by seamlessly transitioning between performingduties related to HIV testing, processing patient referrals, identifyingand verifying insurance coverage, and performing front officeadministrative duties. By actively participating in cross-functionalrotations, and promoting adaptability, they will be developed acrossmultiple healthcare center functions, and their commitment tocollaborating with other AHF employees and departments willreinforce AHF's reputation as a trusted healthcare providerdedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care andupholding our organization's mission and values.
