About The Position
Sentara Medical Group Cardiology Specialists Charlottesville Office is now hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Representative in Charlottesville, VA! Hours: Monday-Friday, Dayshift. NO NIGHTS, HOLIDAYS or WEEKENDS! Overview As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.

- Customer service experience preferred
