About The Position

St. Louis Children's Hospital is seeking a part time Coordinator for Patient Care Operations. This individual will be entering incentive pay codes into time cards within MyTime, working with leadership on adding pay codes for float or low census coverage, and posting extra shifts if needed. Ideal applicants will be very detail oriented, customer service driven, and have 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities

  • Entering incentive pay codes into time cards within MyTime.
  • Work with leadership on adding pay codes for float or low census coverage.
  • Posting extra shifts if needed.
  • Serves as the primary contact and liaison between patient care areas, ancillary and support departments within the hospital.
  • Interacts with all levels of management to coordinates business, administrative and non-patient care operational activities.
  • Plans, develops, recommends and coordinates processes and strategies to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborates with directors, managers and other disciplines to plan and implement projects related to patient care area.
  • Creates effective work plans and provides input to identify correct resources, processes and space needed for the assigned patient care areas.
  • Facilitates acquisition of supplies, equipment and services.
