Part of Cleveland Clinic Children's, the M40 Pediatric Stepdown Unit is dedicated to the care of children of all ages. This team focuses on treating patients with congenital heart disease and a variety of medical and surgical needs, including pre-heart transplant care. The dedicated and highly trained caregivers on this unit deliver world-class patient care through an intricate nursing care model that is rooted in evidence-based practice and always puts patients first. A caregiver in this position works day/night rotation, 7:00am-7:00pm.
