Nurses develop their best skills through a combination of education and real-life experience. Our Patient Care Novices work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to assist in providing high quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to learn hands-on care and gain experience recognizing signs and symptoms and how to respond. Contribute to patient care in a safe environment, as well as maintaining equipment, supplies, and stock in a safe and efficient manner. Communicate effectively data and significant patient information to the attention of the RN. Document data collected during the provision of patient care in a timely manner.
