Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare marketing, referral development, or relationship-building experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• CPR certification & negative TB test (or willingness to obtain)
• All PCHHC Healthcare employees must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the local senior care or healthcare market preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships in the Omaha market
• Educate referral partners, patients, and families on Home Health & Hospice services
• Grow market presence through community outreach and networking
• Serve as a trusted liaison between patients, families, and care teams
