Provides positive leadership and problem-solving skills and is responsible for continuous quality improvement, patient satisfaction, budgeting, customer and staff feedback, training and development. Works cooperatively with other departments within MercyOne, the community and professional organizations to ensure quality services. Adheres to MercyOne’s performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne.
